Jill Normington is a partner at Normington, Petts & Associates, a top Democratic polling and strategy firm in Washington DC. She has provided guidance and strategy to Senator Tammy Duckworth since her first race in 2006 and has helped elect members of Congress from Hawaii to Maine including Melissa Bean, Angie Craig, Antonio Delgado, Chrissy Houlahan, Susie Lee, Betsy Markey, Mike Michaud, Glenn Nye, Brad Schneider and Mark Takai.
She helps elect Democrats at every level all across the nation as well as providing advice and strategy to BlackPAC, BOLD PAC, DCCC, DGA, DSCC, EMILY’s List, End Citizens United, the Environmental Defense Fund, Equality PAC, House Majority PAC, Illinois Education Association, the League of Conservation Voters, Third Way and SEIU Local 1.
From a military family and a California native, Normington graduated from Occidental College, earning an A.B. with Honors in Psychology. She also completed three years of course-work in a Ph.D. program in Child Clinical Psychology at Howard University.
