Meaghan Killion Joyce

Meaghan Killion Joyce is the Political Affairs Manager for International Paper and directs the company’s political programs, including the IP-PAC and the IP VOTES employee grassroots and voter education program. During her tenure, Joyce has led a major revitalization and re-branding effort of both the PAC and grassroots programs, more than doubling PAC receipts as well as participation in the company’s grassroots program.

Before joining IP, Joyce spent nearly nine years working at the International Dairy Foods Association in a variety of functions including PAC, grassroots and state affairs. She also interned on Capitol Hill in the Office of Senator Frank Lautenberg, her home state Senator. Joyce serves in several leadership positions in many of the top political involvement professional groups. She serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Business Political Action Committees (NABPAC) and also serves on BIPAC’s Prosperity Project Steering Committee.

Joyce graduated cum laude from the Catholic University of America with a Bachelor’s degree in politics and a minor in philosophy. She resides in Baltimore, MD with her husband Rob, son Aedan and their chocolate Lab Mr. Bean.
