This “live and uncut” session is an entirely interactive, facilitated discussion (and power-point free zone) where you’ll share your fly in successes and, because we can also learn from failure, your fly-in shortcomings. You’ll be asked to share the “best and worst” of your fly-in events, the factors that impacted your success, as well as the “red flags” you may have ignored that could have prevented less than optimal outcomes. Participants will then be asked to share their best advice for mitigating fly-in shortcomings with the class.

You’ll receive a master checklist with the group’s recommendations after the conference.
