Travis Doster is the Senior Director of Public Relations, Communications, and Public Policy for Texas Roadhouse restaurants. Founded in Clarksville, Indiana, in 1993, the company owns and operates 465 in 49 states and three countries.
In addition to overseeing internal and external communications, Travis is a member of the crisis management team and is actively involved in government relations for the $1.5 billion company.
He also serves on the board of the company’s charitable foundation. Other board positions include the Kentucky Restaurant Association and the Kentucky Retail Federation. Travis earned a degree in Public Relations from the University of Arkansas.
Prior to joining Texas Roadhouse in 2006, he was the Vice President, Public Relations for FSA Public Relations. At FSA, he managed a staff of 35 and provided a multitude of services, including public relations, marketing, crisis management and issues management for 12 national clients, including Texas Roadhouse, Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwich Shops, Qdoba Mexican Grill, and Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. Travis and his wife Elizabeth, have been married 15 years and have boys.
