As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, Carolyn offers workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching to aide your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. After reading John Maxwell’s leadership books 15 years ago, Carolyn knew that his philosophy aligned with her beliefs and convictions, which has led her to embrace his teachings in serving others.

Her 30 years of leadership experience and business expertise serves clients as they seek to enhance and achieve their personal and professional leadership goals. Carolyn has been a business owner, school district communications director, and 10 year veteran of NFIB as a Member Support Manger for 24,000 members in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Whether exploring a new path or advancing your current path, she provides the tools, coaching strategies, and strong leadership model necessary to help you increase revenues, navigate change, and build strong and dynamic teams.

She was born and raised in Indianapolis, and attended Indiana University. Carolyn resides in Wisconsin with her husband, Randy, and two grown sons. They enjoy Big Ten Basketball, the Indianapolis Colts, the Green Bay Packers, and the Milwaukee Brewers. Bullet Remington, a chocolate Labrador retriever, adopted them on Mother’s Day 2014 and enthusiastically leads them on frequent long walks in the park.

Carolyn serves as a part time chaplain at a local senior care facility, supporting and encouraging each resident as they journey through the final season of life.
