Magenta M.R. Ishak joined the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) as director of political action in August 1996. Her responsibilities include assisting state and local association chapters to develop and execute fundraising and political advocacy programs, managing the administration of NAIFA’s Political Action Committee and overseeing NAIFA’s APIC grassroots Political Involvement program.
Prior to joining NAIFA, Ms. Ishak was political director for the Independent Insurance Agents of America and worked for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee.
