Meaghan Joyce

Meaghan Killion Joyce is the Political Affairs Manager for International Paper and directs IP’s political advocacy programs, including the IP PAC and the IP VOTES employee grassroots and voter education program. During her tenure, Meaghan led a major revitalization and re-branding effort of both the PAC and grassroots programs, more than doubling PAC receipts as well as participation in the company’s grassroots program.

Before joining IP, Meaghan spent nearly nine years working at the International Dairy Foods Association in a variety of functions including PAC, grassroots and state affairs. She also interned on Capitol Hill in the Office of Senator Frank Lautenberg, her home state Senator.

Meaghan serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Business Political Action Committees (NABPAC) and also serves on BIPAC’s Prosperity Project Steering Committee. Meaghan graduated cum laude from the Catholic University of America with a Bachelor’s degree in politics and a minor in philosophy. She resides in Baltimore, MD with her husband Rob, son Aedan and their chocolate Lab Mr. Bean.
